It is a variety ofTurkish Borek that has a reputation of being one of the most difficult boreks to prepare.
It is traditionally filled with cheese and parsley. The dough sheets need to be soaked in a combination of water, olive oil and eggs before baking, making the borek tender and juicy.
HOW TO REHEAT
Set the stove into low fire or low heat. Grease the pan with butter or oil.
Transfer the borek into grease pan. Reheat the borek by alternately turning both sides till it becomes soft.
Transfer to another plate, cut into your desired slices and ready to serve.
Set the oven rack into the middle layer.
Transfer the borek into tray and put in the oven.
Set the timer to 180°for 20 minutes.
Removed from oven, cut into your desired slices and ready to serve.
