Chianti has a distinct bouquet and a smooth, harmonious taste, both dry and fresh, making it especially well suited to accompany meals of roasted game, shish kabob and grilled meat, as well as aged cheeses.
The grapes used to produce it: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo Nero. The wine is best served at a temperature of roughly 18° C. and the bottle should be uncorked at least an hour in advance.

This wine is produced from a careful selection of the best grapes from the Vigna Vecchia Groppone family vineyard, situated in the municipality of Diano d’Alba.
After a careful and accurate selection process, the grapes arrive at the wine cellar for the soft pressing process. The pulp is then fermented at a carefully controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in small oak barriques for a period of 12 months. It is then left fine in the bottle for a further period of time. The wine has good structure and body, the colour is intense ruby red, and after one year of ageing it acquires shades of garnet. The bouquet is fruity with hints of vanilla. It is the perfect accompaniment to game and cheese. Serve at room temperature.

This wine is produced from a careful selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes from the Vigna San Biagio vineyard in the municipality of La Morra.
The fermentation of this wine is carefully controlled; it is then aged in oak barrels and small barriques. After this, it is left to fine in the bottle for a short time. The wine has a lovely garnet/ red colour with hints of orange. The intense bouquet reminds one of withered violets and roses; tarry notes add further depth to the soft and velvety, ethereal aromas.

This Spanish Meal commonly mistaken as original Filipino came from Spain. Caldereta’s name is derived from the Spanish word caldera meaning cauldron.
